Organic HeartSoil • Emotional Maturity Soil-Tilling Initiative

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Dear Partners and Prayer Warriors,Thank you for walking alongside us during this season!

Today, we gather to bear witness to an extraordinarily important milestone in life—and to share with you the story of growth in a four-person group during this season of gratitude.

November 24, 2025, marks the completion of the "Organic HeartSoil • Emotional Maturity Soil-Tilling Project" Fall semester. But what this certificate marks is not the completion of assignments, but the imprint of who these four courageous companions are (Being), not what they have accomplished (Doing).

Because maturity is not knowledge, but the natural growth that follows when our attachment relationship with Jesus has been restored.

────────────────────────────────────────

Amy Hsu:You courageously expressed your vulnerability, allowing truth to be seen again.

You released yourself from "head-based" thinking, and learned to discern between struggle and grace, between boundaries and extending a hand—moving from right-or-wrong thinking toward authentic connection.

This courage is the fruit of your Being; it is the mark of your life moving toward the light.

────────────────────────────────────────

David Lou:You faced directly the anxiety brought by "losing control," honestly seeing how you used blame to mask anxiety.

In discerning between God's big order and our small orders, you touched the freedom of living in the present.

Your honesty is the beginning of emotional maturity.

────────────────────────────────────────

Pi-Chu:You saw your long-standing pattern of facing and solving problems alone, often taking "the 1-2-5 shortcut"—skipping connection and companionship, rushing ahead and isolating yourself inside responsibility.

But this time, you made a crucial choice: to no longer endure everything alone, but to return to the Lord's body, allowing yourself to be seen and accompanied within a safe community.

You began practicing the full "1-2-3-4-5 pathway," slowing the pace of your soul, shifting your gaze from others' expectations back to the Lord's eyes—finding strength in presence and connection, not in self-reliance.

Your "self" is awakening—not waking up alone, but awakening within safe people. This protects you from isolation and from returning to the old, self-powered path.

This courage is the fruit of your Being; it is the mark of your life moving toward the light.

────────────────────────────────────────

Esther Hu:You identified the pattern of "leaving blank spaces but not allowing truth to fill them."

In this semester, you began to allow yourself to be seen—in a safe small group, letting your vulnerability have a place to land, letting your questions have space to be answered, giving the real you a chance to be known.

Your openness is the mark of emotional maturity; it is your courage to step out of isolation.

The Deeper Meaning of Walking Together in Fours

Your breakthroughs prove that walking together in fours is the smallest and most stable pattern of blessing that our Heavenly Father has placed in our life's journey.

It's not a master one-sidedly teaching three learners, but rather four people "symbiotic nurturing, mutually tilling the soil," just like a Montessori mixed-age classroom:

When someone has experience, they walk ahead and model the way; those without experience follow and learn by imitation

Yet the newcomers also reverse the process, using their innocence and questions to till the soil that has been still for too long

The Holy Spirit works within each person; we neither manipulate nor judge

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PART TWO: Three Stages of Emotional Maturity

Your journey has been from hard, barren soil toward good soil that bears fruit—thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold.

This journey encompasses three core stages of emotional development:

(Infant Stage):

Infancy in emotional age (Infant Stage):

This is a stage where we need to be fed, need to be cared for, and our discernment is not yet mature.

The key is: we need to be seen.

Scripture says, "Infants drink milk, not solid food" (1 Corinthians 3:1-2).

(Child Stage):

Childhood in emotional age (Child Stage):

In this stage, you learn to "put away childish things" (1 Corinthians 13:11), practicing longer patience and deeper responsibility.

The mark of maturity is learning to discern whether someone is willing to take responsibility for themselves, or not.

(Adult Stage):

Adulthood in emotional age (Adult Stage):

The highest mark of maturity is to "grow up into him who is the head, that is, Christ" (Ephesians 4:13-15).

The essence is being "crucified with Christ" (Galatians 2:20), living out the transformation of a new life.

You begin to be able to bear others' burdens, and not be crushed by them (Romans 15:1).

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PART THREE: The Call to Your Next Step – Becoming Multipliers

Your graduation marks an important shift in identity: from students to multipliers.

Why Is This True Multiplication (Multiplier)?

Because emotionally immature lives can at best achieve "addition growth" (I lead one more person).

But when emotional maturity reaches childhood stage and beyond, you can achieve "multiplication growth"—allowing the Holy Spirit to work in more life ecosystems.

So your four-person group is not doing a "discipleship curriculum"; you are cultivating an "organic ecosystem for emotional maturity."

Four years, eight years later, what you produce is not just a group of people who can study Scripture, but a generation of multipliers whose hearts are soft and fertile, whose emotions are stable and deep, who can till the soil together and sow seeds together!

Your Most Important Next Step

Your most important next step is: Find your "four-person walking group"—then you will continue to hear the Lord's calling.

Because the responsibility of companions is very simple:

Press the pause button

Ask questions that help you see clearly

Walk with you through places you cannot see by yourself

Walk back to the Father together with you

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PART FOUR: Entering God's Big Order – Three Great Roles

You are now commissioned, bringing this matured life into God's big order.

These three roles are the natural life rhythm that flows from our restored attachment relationship with Jesus:

A teammate who is willing to prepare, support, and bless others for going out.

You release others to complete their calling.

In one phrase: I will not hold you back; I bless you to move forward.

Not the "more spiritual" person, but one willing to surrender yourself to the Father and allow Him to guide you toward places of need.

In one phrase: I go, because Jesus first came to me.

One who brings the heart of Jesus to the doorway.

Willing to let others into your life.

In one phrase: I open the door, because He first opened the door for me.

4:9)| (1 Peter 4:9)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

【課程的核心理念 | THE HEART OF THE PROGRAM】

Why Organic? Because It Cannot Be Human-Manipulated.

Organic: The vine and the branches (John 15), seeds naturally sprouting and growing (Mark 4:26-29)

The farmer scatters seed and sleeps at night and rises by day, and the seed sprouts and grows—though he does not know how...

God's ultimate heart is an "God-led, naturally symbiotic life" ecosystem, rather than merely "human-manipulated" discipleship factories.

This is why we emphasize walking together in fours, symbiotic nurturing, mutually tilling the soil—allowing the Holy Spirit to work within each person, while we simply and humbly accompany, witness, and bless.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

"This path through Jesus—to rebuild our attachment with the Heavenly Father—is more important than knowledge."

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

I genuinely thank you and pray for you:

May each of you produce soil bearing thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold fruit,

so that in the future, the entire church, the entire city, will flourish and be satisfied because your hearts have become fertile.

May you carry this mark of your Being and become the Gospel walking.

────────────────────────────────────────

Thank you for your prayers, intercession, and support.

Thank you to every partner who trusts our vision.

Thank you to the Holy Spirit working within every heart.

Walking with you in His love and warmth.
