Preface: Who This System Is For

Me2Us2We is not a typical "emotional maturity course."

It is designed for those who have experienced deep trauma.

For 10 years in China, we have accompanied countless people in extreme chaos—trauma survivors from hospitals, children from broken families, lives that have lost their sense of order.

When they come, they often are like this:

  • Unable to trust anyone

  • Unable to set boundaries for themselves

  • Self-centered (not selfishness, but the inevitable response to trauma)

  • Do not know what "safety" feels like

Me2Us2We's first work is not "teaching," but "stabilizing."

Establishing order. Establishing safety. Teaching them to say "no."

"Taste and see that the Lord is good."

34:8 / Psalm 34:8

WHAT

WHAT IS Legacy Subsidy?

Legacy subsidy is the financial support provided in Me2Us2We to those doing legacy work.

When you complete your stage and begin leading groups for the next stage, the system allocates a portion of your group's tuition as subsidy to reduce your learning burden.

In simple terms: You give, the system provides for you.

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap."

6:38 / Luke 6:38

WHY

WHY IS There Legacy Subsidy?
Reason 1: Release Those Doing Legacy Work

Someone needs to be released to focus on preparing soil for the next generation.

If a mature leader must pay full tuition while leading unpaid, they'll be depleted.

The purpose: enable more people to have capacity to love the next generation.

Reason 2: This Is Biblical Promise

"The Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel."

Those doing legacy work deserve to be provided for.

This is not transaction, this is faith.

Reason 3: Build Sustainable System

Without subsidy, the system eventually collapses.

Why? Excellent leaders leave due to financial pressure.

Legacy subsidy ensures those called by God can continue committed.

WHO

WHO CAN Receive Legacy Subsidy?

Three Different Stages

Stage Zero: Trauma Stabilization (Preparation before C2C)

Status: 10-Week Intensive Experience

What they do:

  • Learning to exist in a safe environment

  • Learning to say "no" without guilt

  • Experiencing what "order" feels like

  • Beginning to trust that "someone will be there"

Why this stage is critical:

Many people entering the system have trauma levels that make them unable to engage in "emotional maturation" work.

What they first need is not "development," but "stabilization."

These 10 weeks are to:

Assess whether they can enter the formal system

Let them experience what safety is

Establish basic trust in relationships

月費: NT$5,600(一次性,10 週) Monthly Fee: NT$5,600 (One-time, 10 weeks)

NT$5,600 Net Cost: NT$5,600

No subsidy, because this is not a "serving stage," but a "preparation stage."

階段一:C2C(情緒成熟團隊)
Stage One: C2C (Emotional Maturity Team)

Status: Entry point to formal system

What they do:

  • Learn mutually with three companions (4 people total)

  • Work together on moving from self-centeredness to "me and others"

  • In a safe group, discern their own patterns of opposition

  • Mutually witness each other's brokenness and growth

The nature of this stage:

C2C is still about "learning to carry your own load."

What are they doing?

  • "Each one should carry their own load" (Galatians 6:5)

  • But at the same time, "serving one another" (iron sharpens iron)

How do these work together?

In the group's mutual collision, they learn to discern:

  • What responsibilities are mine?

  • What responsibilities are others'?

  • How can I help others without overstepping boundaries?

NT$1,200 Monthly Fee: NT$1,200

淨支出: NT$1,200(無補貼) Net Cost: NT$1,200 (No subsidy)

No legacy subsidy, because C2C has not yet taken on leadership responsibility.

Additional note:

If someone cannot continue at the C2C stage, the system has a "no-reason departure" mechanism.

They can leave anytime by saying "I want to leave," without explanation or judgment.

If they want to know "why I cannot continue here," someone they trust can accompany them in reflection.

But it is entirely their choice.

階段二:L2L(同行者陪伴同行者)
Stage Two: L2L (Companions Accompanying Companions)

Status: Leading C2C + Addressing Own Struggles in Stages

What they do:

  • Lead a C2C group (4 people)

  • While leading, deeply explore in their L2L group:

    • Limitations and failures in leading

    • Struggles with inner order

    • Facing their own patterns of opposition

    • "Iron sharpening iron" with companions

The nature of this stage:

"Walking back through collision" is the essence of this stage.

What this means practically:

When you lead a C2C group, you encounter difficulties:

  • A member doesn't cooperate

  • You cannot solve their problem

  • You discover your own blind spots

  • You fail

Then what?

  • You bring this failure into your L2L group

  • Four companions sit down and look at this struggle together

  • Together you search: "What am I not seeing here?" "What responsibility do I carry?" "What's next?"

This process is "addressing struggles in stages."

Not one-time solutions, but gradual maturation through the cycle of "leading → collision → reflection → change → leading again."

NT$2,400 Monthly Fee: NT$2,400

NT$960 ✅ Net Cost: NT$960** ✅

60%。 Your burden is reduced by 60%.

階段三:M2M(牧者陪伴牧者)
Stage Three: M2M (Ministers Accompanying Ministers)

Status: Leading L2L + Deep Soul Transformation

What they do:

  • Lead an L2L group (4 people who are leading C2C)

  • While leading, experience in their M2M group:

    • The complexity of leading (not just individual struggles, but system dynamics)

    • Unchangeable facts and self-acceptance

    • Finding wisdom in "opposition"

    • The transformation of "peacock to phoenix"

The nature of this stage:

If L2L is "learning in struggle," M2M is "finding strength in opposition."

What is "opposition" in M2M?

  • Escalating conflicts in leading (not just personal issues, but systemic problems)

  • Discovering you cannot change certain people or situations

  • Experiencing being questioned or opposed by L2L members

  • Acknowledging your own limitations and failures

Why "Peacock to Phoenix"?

The peacock is beautiful, but the peacock knows it is beautiful.

The phoenix experiences the burning fire and is reborn from ashes.

M2M is not becoming "more successful" or "more respected."

Rather: losing the fantasy of your own perfection, yet gaining true wisdom.

NT$3,600 Monthly Fee: NT$3,600

NT$1,440 ✅ Net Cost: NT$1,440** ✅

60%。 Your burden is reduced by 60%.

Specific Timing

Subsidy is calculated monthly.

For example:

  • Start leading C2C in September → Start on Sept 10

  • Receive subsidy starting October → Because subsidy is calculated monthly

  • Group continues → Subsidy continues

  • Group disbands → Subsidy stops next month

HOW

HOW DOES Legacy Subsidy Work?
Step 1: Understand the Amount

Example: L2L Leading C2C:

Your C2C group: 4 people × NT$1,200 = NT$4,800/month

NT$4,800 × 90%(扣除 10% 什一奉獻)= NT$4,320 NT$4,800 × 90% (minus 10% tithe) = NT$4,320

NT$4,320 ÷ 3 = NT$1,440(你的傳承補貼) NT$4,320 ÷ 3 = NT$1,440 (your legacy subsidy)

Step 2: Calculate Your Actual Cost

NT$2,400 Your L2L monthly fee: NT$2,400

NT$2,400 - NT$1,440 = NT$960 Minus subsidy: NT$2,400 - NT$1,440 = NT$960

Actual net cost: NT$960/month

Step 3: Understand Payment Method

Subsidy is not cash paid out, but deducted from your monthly fee.

For example:

  • You should pay October: NT$2,400

  • System deducts subsidy: -NT$1,440

  • You actually pay: NT$960

Process is transparent and automatic.

Q1: Can I get subsidy while in C2C?

No. C2C is the starting point with no subsidy.

Legacy subsidy begins at L2L stage when you start leading C2C.

Q2: Must I lead exactly 4 people for subsidy?

Me2Us2We is a 4-person group system. One group is typically 4 people.

If special circumstances (fewer than 4), please contact us for calculation details.

Q3: When is subsidy paid?

Subsidy is not cash paid, but deducted from your monthly fee.

Calculated starting the month after you begin leading.

Q4: If group disbands, does subsidy stop?

Yes. Subsidy is tied to the group.

Group disbands → Subsidy stops next month → You resume paying full tuition.

But good news: you don't need to pay refund either.

Mutual flexibility.

Q5: Can I lead multiple groups at once?

Theoretically yes, but Me2Us2We emphasizes "depth" over "quantity."

If you want to lead multiple groups, please discuss with us first.

We'll assess based on your maturity, time, and capacity.

Quality always comes first.

Q6: What if there's an issue with my leadership?

Me2Us2We is establishing an oversight committee system.

If someone says they were harmed or unsafe, the process is:

First address within the group

If needed, report to the oversight committee

The committee will investigate and recommend changes

Changes will be implemented and tracked

Q7: Is legacy subsidy permanent?

Subsidy continues as long as you continue leading.

If you stop leading, subsidy stops.

This ensures system integrity: subsidy supports legacy workers, not rewards.

Final Word: The Heart of the System

This Is Relationship, Not Transaction

The existence of legacy subsidy represents Me2Us2We's faith in one truth:

"It is more blessed to give than receive" is real.

When you're willing to prepare soil for the next generation, God will not leave you alone.

He will provide for your needs through this system, through those you lead.

Growth Happens in Collision

We believe:

  • It's not "teaching causes growth"

  • Rather "collision in relationships causes growth"

所以: So:

  • In C2C, you learn boundaries through group friction

  • In L2L, you learn humility through leadership failure

  • In M2M, you learn wisdom through opposition

Every step is real, finding yourself in others.

This System Needs Oversight

Because we do deep work, we especially need transparency and checks and balances.

所以: So:

  • There is an oversight committee

  • There are complaint channels

  • There are procedures for people who fail

  • There is protection for "no-reason departure"

If you were harmed, you have a place to speak.
