橋的兩端 · Both Ends of the Bridge-橋不是單向的。A bridge is not one-way.

我想慢慢寫這篇。因為過去這兩週所承載的恩典，不止是單一時刻的份量。 I want to write this slowly, because the grace carried over these past two weeks is more than the weight of a single moment.

💌 4月14日的那封信 · A Letter on April 14

4月14日，Network 220 主席 Andrew Farley 來信告訴我們： On April 14, Andrew Farley — President of Network 220 — wrote to let us know:

me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries 已經正式被 Network 220 接納為培訓事工會員，列在國際類別中。 me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries has been officially received into Network 220 as a Training Ministry member, listed in the International category.

Network 220（取名自加拉太書 2:20）是一個國際協會——由 110 多間教會、輔導事工與培訓事工組成——專門支持牧者、事工主任，以及神學院的牧養輔導，核心是基督裡的新身份。 Network 220 (named after Galatians 2:20) is an international association of 110+ churches, counseling ministries, and training ministries — supporting pastors, ministry directors, and seminary pastoral counseling — centered on the message of new identity in Christ.

被接納為會員，是一個真實的里程碑。它意味著這份工作——陪伴華語事工同行者走向情緒成熟、走回基督裡穩固的身份——如今在一張更大的桌子上有了一個座位。 Being received as a member is a real milestone. It means this work — accompanying Chinese-speaking ministry co-walkers toward emotional maturity and secure identity in Christ — now has a seat at a larger table.

🌉 一座橋 · A Bridge

我們在 Network 220 裡所承擔的，是與會員們一起建造一座橋。一座可以彼此交換資源的橋—— What we carry within Network 220 is the building of a bridge together with its members. A bridge across which resources can be exchanged in both directions —

讓亞洲的華語事工土壤，能夠領受 Maturing in Grace 的教練式門訓；讓 Network 220 的會員們，能夠經歷如何從 L2F（Leader-to-Founder 的困境）走出來，往 L2L（Leader-to-Leader）的帶領與事工結構移動——走向「把棒交好」真正的樣子。 so that Chinese-speaking ministry soil in Asia can receive Maturing in Grace coaching discipleship; and so that members of Network 220 can experience how to step out of the L2F (Leader-to-Founder) trap and move forward into L2L (Leader-to-Leader) leadership and ministry structure — walking together toward what "finishing well" actually looks like.

這座橋不是任何一方獨自建成的。是兩端的人一起搬一塊一塊的石頭。 This bridge is not built by either side alone. It is built stone by stone, by people on both ends, together.

透過情緒的成熟，事工的結構從根本上改變了方向。不是轉型——是方向的改變。 Through emotional maturity, the very structure of ministry shifts at its root, changing direction. Not transformation — a change of direction.

🌱 從 GMI 的土壤中生長出來 · Grown From GMI Soil

me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries 從恩典事工（Grace Ministries International，GMI）的土壤中生長出來。 me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries grew from the soil of Grace Ministries International (GMI).

What we carry is the fruit the Lord Himself has brought forth, under the full support and blessing of Scott Brittin, global(x), and all our supporters, prayer team, and teammates.

Eliza 自 2010 年起在 GMI 受訓、被召，擔任 GMI 國際夥伴超過十五年，服事橫跨華語事工群體。在這份全力支持與祝福下，me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries 於 2026 年正式成立為獨立培訓事工。 Eliza was trained, discipled, and called into missionary service at GMI beginning in 2010, serving as a GMI International Partner for over 15 years across Chinese-speaking communities. Under that same full support and blessing, me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace Ministries was formally established as an independent training ministry in 2026.

長頭髮的那位是 Pi-Chu（璧朱）。4月29日，她與我們一起飛往達拉斯。從那天起，直到5月8日，她會一路同行——達拉斯、亞特蘭大、North Point ICC 大會。 The one with long hair is Pi-Chu (璧朱). On April 29, she flies to Dallas with us. From that day through May 8, she walks with us all the way — Dallas, Atlanta, the North Point ICC.

L2L 不是一門課程。L2L 是一種同行。下一代不是被教導出來的。他們在我們邀請他們進入的房間裡，被主一點一點地陶塑。 L2L is not a curriculum. L2L is a way of walking. The next generation is not formed by teaching. They are shaped by the Lord, little by little, in the rooms we invite them into.

這就是「把棒交好」真正的樣子。不是一場儀式。是一段一起走過的路。 This is what "finishing well" actually looks like. Not a ceremony. A road walked together.

ICC 於5月6日結束之後，我們會把對話從 North Point 的大廳，帶進一個小房間。 After the ICC closes on May 6, we are carrying the conversation from the North Point auditorium into a small room.

Karl A. Kakadelis 是 Grace Ministries 的執行主任（undergrace.org）、Grace Bible Fellowship 的教導牧師。他在事工中已超過三十七年——教練、同行、教導。Karl 和他的妻子 Tracy 自 1986 年結婚至今，一同在恩典的事工中同行。 Karl A. Kakadelis is Executive Director of Grace Ministries (undergrace.org) and Teaching Pastor at Grace Bible Fellowship. He brings over 37 years of ministry experience — coaching, walking alongside, and teaching. Karl and his wife Tracy have been in ministry together since they married in 1986.
