Terra, in Latin, means earth, land, or ground.

It’s the starting point of life—every seed must first fall into the soil before breaking through and growing upward.

🌍 社群願景｜Community Vision

我們的願景是建立一個跨世代的情緒成熟社群。
Our vision is to build a multi-generation emotional maturity community.

這是一個讓年輕一代學會辨識與調節情緒，中年一代操練承擔與負責，長者一代傳遞情緒智慧與祝福的地方。
It is a place where the young learn to recognize and regulate emotions, the middle-aged practice responsibility and accountability, and the elders impart emotional wisdom and blessing.

我們的社群只接納那些願意努力、願意承擔責任並在情緒成熟上持續成長的人。
Our community is only for those who are willing to put in the effort, take responsibility, and commit to growing in emotional maturity.

透過小組同行、雙語工作手冊與共同實踐，我們一起學習真實、承擔與連結。
Through small groups, bilingual workbooks, and shared practice, we learn authenticity, responsibility, and connection together.

我們同時是 Network220.org 的一部分，並與 Grace Ministries International (gmint.org) 以及 globalX (globalx.org) 攜手合作，

to build a Leader-to-Leader Training Center in East Asia, designed for missionaries, ministers, and other leaders,

幫助他們面對並處理傷害、憤怒與悲傷，並在情緒成熟的道路上成長，進而祝福他們所服事的群體。
helping them face and process hurt, anger, and grief, and grow in emotional maturity, so they can bless the communities they serve.
